Łużycka Plus – an A+ class office building erected in 2014 as a continuation of the Łużycka Office Park complex. Designed and built in full consistency and compliance with the Park's standards, Łużycka Plus is located in the immediate vicinity of the Łużycka Office Park – just across the street.

Łużycka plus is a five-storey office building. The three above-ground floors serve as modern office premises and the ground floor has been adapted to serve as commercial premises. The building also offers a terrace with greenery on the top floor. There are 116 parking spaces in the two-storey garage hall and a further 51 parking spaces around the building.

The building incorporates a number of state-of-the-art solutions, including curtain-type façades allowing to optimise interior lighting.

Łużycka Plus is the first office building in Poland to be granted the “Obiekt bez Barier” (barrier-free facility) certificate, confirming that it is appropriately adapted and fully accessible for persons with disabilities.

The office building was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, and its quality is confirmed by the “Very Good” BREEAM environmental certificate.
